Ben Tallberg

Co-Owner/Lead Technician

Ben grew up in Amesbury and graduated from Amesbury High School. Following high school graduation, he attended Manchester Technical College. He started working at AFA in 1999 and learned at least as much from his new boss and mentor, Denis Gagnon, as he did in college. Since then, Ben has become ASE Certified in many areas, (Least of which is his L3 Certification for working on Hybrids which is rare in this area). He is currently working on his ASE "Master Technician Certification". Ben understands the value and importance of these ASE Certifications and wants his customers to know that there are properly trained and certified technicians working on their vehicles.

Ben knows that customer satisfaction and long-term relationships are key to his success.
He is very enthusiastic about developing programs to make doing business at
Amesbury Foreign Auto even more convenient and pleasant for customers.

Ariana Tallberg

Co-Owner/Service Advisor

Ariana has been with Amesbury Foreign Auto for almost 5 years. She's a graduate of Amesbury High School and the University of New Hampshire. She spent 15 years in the medical field, starting as a Front Desk Associate, working her way up to Senior OR Tech and Case Manager. Through her wide-ranging experience in customer service and constant automotive training, she's been adept at developing educational clinics. She's a member of various Women's Business Leadership groups which help aid in creating a solid business foundation. Her compassion and ability to listen has made her a favorite at Amesbury Foreign Auto.

Andrew Gagne

ASE Certified Technician

Andrew has excellent mechanical abilities and is a vital part of the team here at Amesbury Foreign Auto. Andrew graduated from Sanborn Regional High School, where he studied, Automotive Technology, among other things. Andrew spends a considerable amount of time each month furthering his education with classes, seminars and hands on experience. He will continue to learn and augment his skills going forward. When he isn't working on vehicles, you can find him playing bass or watching rally car racing. He would like to one day begin racing himself with hopes of one day becoming part of the racing elite! .

Owen LaFrance

Technician

Welcome our newest Technician Owen. He's a graduate of Universal Technical Institutes' Elite Start Program which specializes in Mercedes Young Technicians. Owen earned multiple "Student of the Course" recognitions, with grades highest in the class! He spent many years at Mercedes-Benz as their Star Certified Systems Technician. Owen has also earned MANY Mercedes Certifications which has helped him service AMG's, Maybach's and a great many S-Class and E-Class models. A native to Ipswich, Owen is a music lover, often handcrafting guitars, when not playing them. He's working hard to get his ASE Certification and eventually, get his pilot's license.

Ethan Tougas

Service Advisor

Our newest service advisor, Ethan, grew up in Salisbury and graduated from Triton High School. He comes from a background of retail and restaurant work, however he is eager to learn and grow as a part of the AFA family. When he is not helping you with your automotive needs, you can find him playing guitar, building guitars, or hiking with his fiancé Amanda and his dog Otis. Ethan is looking forward to getting to know all of AFA’s valued clients and their vehicles as he grows in his position.

Greeter in Chief

Donut may be the smallest member of Amesbury Foreign Auto but he's the most memorable. He's been greeting our customers for a few years now and never fails to bring a smile to their faces. He can't actually help you with your automotive needs but he can certainly make your time spent here a pleasurable one.
